Purchase MHEMPC as a software product like MS Office at a fixed price. For an oil refinery of 100K bpsd crude processing capacity, price is US$100K per motherboard, each with unlimited MHEMPC licences.

Stolen pieces of this work have bugs.

To avoid inflation, real-estate building within reachable distance from the site can be accepted as a part payment. This will be used as an AirBnB unit for other parties to use as a hotel, owned and managed by MHEMPC Inc.

• Option of remote monitoring of MHEMPC performance using encrypted data, completely free
• MHEMPC computer is not connected to internet, plant operation unavailable for software hackers

Python scripts will be incorporated for calculated variable control as an alternative to doing the calculation at DCS.
